รายงานข่าวจากกรมการขนส่งทางบก (ขบ.) แจ้งว่า สำนักวิศวกรรมยานยนต์ กองตรวจการขนส่งทางบก และผู้ให้บริการรถรับจ้างผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน ได้ประชุมพิจารณาแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาของจักรยานยนต์รับจ้างและจักรยานยนต์ (จยย.) รับจ้างผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน ในประเด็นการทะเลาะวิวาทกรณี จยย.รับจ้างผ่านแอปพลิเคชันรับผู้โดยสารบริเวณหน้าวิน จยย.รับจ้าง ซึ่งได้แจ้งให้ผู้ให้บริการรถรับจ้างผ่านแอป ประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ผู้ให้บริการรถ จยย.ผ่านแอป กำหนดจุดรับผู้โดยสารที่ห่างจากบริเวณหน้าวิน จยย.รับจ้าง เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหาการทะเลาะวิวาทของทั้งสองฝ่าย ซึ่งที่ผ่านมาได้กำชับผู้ให้บริการผ่านแอปโดยตลอด แต่มีบางครั้งที่ผู้ใช้บริการต้องการให้ไปรับที่บริเวณใกล้ๆ วิน จยย. เพราะสะดวก ดังนั้นต้องแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้บริการได้เข้าใจต่อไป นอกจากนี้หารือเกี่ยวกับการนำเล่มทะเบียนรถตัวจริงในการจดทะเบียนเป็นรถรับจ้างของ จยย.รับจ้างผ่านแอป, เครื่องแบบ (เสื้อคลุม) ของผู้ขับขี่รถ จยย.รับจ้างผ่านแอป, การนำรถที่ไม่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายมาให้บริการ และการบังคับใช้กฎหมายทั้งผู้ขับรถและบริษัทผู้ให้บริการแอป ซึ่งรถที่ไม่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายมาให้บริการ ขบคำพูดจาก…
